A communications audit was initiated by Roberson Design. Telemarketers, managers, and the CEO of the corporation participated in the interview process. Roberson Design developed and edited career collateral to assist in ICMA's personnel recruitment efforts. Materials included employment application, At-A-Glance, and Employee Benefits fact sheets. This successful project collaboration led to the partnering of Roberson Design with ICMA on business development proposals.
