Steuben Crystal Lion
Awarded
annually by The Executive Leadership Council, the elegant and majestic
crystal lion is cherished for its symbolism of courage, commitment,
integrity and leadership. These same qualities are valued and demonstrated
by African-American executives and the corporations who have been
honored with this award at ELCıs Recognition Awards Dinner since
1989.
The
Corporate Award
The
Corporate Award recognizes a company that has created an environment
that values and rewards the contributions, talents and leadership
of African-American and minority employees.
The
Achievement Award
African
Americans who have attained a substantial business milestone receive
the Achievement Award.
The
Heritage Award
Re-named
in 1998 for the late Alvaro L. Martins, the beloved ELC founding
member, the Heritage Award recognizes an individual whose life has
been dedicated to promoting minority economic empowerment.
